Check AvailabilityThe Three Star Sunset Dinner & Show Cruise is the Star of Honolulu’s top-tier evening, designed for couples, anniversaries and once-in-a-lifetime Hawaiian celebrations. Boarding begins with a pier-side hula welcome and a celebratory champagne toast, then the ship glides out of Honolulu Harbor as Diamond Head and the Waikiki coastline open up in every direction.
Settle into a reserved table on the premium deck and let the five-course menu unfold. Tropical fruit and a curated cheese board lead into a Hawaiian greens salad with housemade lilikoi tarragon vinaigrette. A whole Nova Scotia Maine lobster is presented alongside a tenderloin of beef in sweet Madeira wine sauce, plated with housemade mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Live Hawaiian music and jazz keep the room warm while the bar pours two premium drinks per guest.
As the sun drops, the Moku Ola, Voyage of Life Polynesian production takes the stage with the largest cast performing on Hawaiian waters. The night closes with a Hawaiian mango mousse dessert from Elvin’s Bakery and a Dance Pa‘ina party on the way back to the pier. Sail on a Friday and the ship stays out an extra hour for an open-water view of the Waikiki fireworks.

How is the Deluxe Three Star cruise different from the Buffet cruise?
The Deluxe is a plated five-course dinner with reserved seating on a premium deck, a champagne toast and two premium beverages included. The Buffet is a self-serve Pacific Rim spread with one signature Mai Tai. Both share the same Polynesian show and Friday fireworks option.
Will I see the Waikiki fireworks from this cruise?
Friday evening sailings stay out an extra hour for an open-water view of the weekly Waikiki fireworks show. Standard nights focus on sunset and Diamond Head views.
Can I request a private window table for a proposal or anniversary?
Yes. Celebration and Reception enhancement plans are available at booking and include a reserved window table, a memory photo, and options for lei cake or champagne pairings.
Are vegan or alternative entree options available?
Yes. Fish, chicken or vegan entrees can be requested in place of the lobster and tenderloin with 24 hours advance notice. The ship also accommodates most special diets on request.
Is the Star of Honolulu wheelchair and ADA accessible?
Yes. The Star of Honolulu is the only fully ADA compliant dinner cruise vessel of its kind in Hawaii, with elevator access between decks and accessible restrooms.
