Lobster, Steak & Polynesian Show Under a Diamond Head Sunset

The Three Star Sunset Dinner & Show Cruise is the Star of Honolulu’s top-tier evening, designed for couples, anniversaries and once-in-a-lifetime Hawaiian celebrations. Boarding begins with a pier-side hula welcome and a celebratory champagne toast, then the ship glides out of Honolulu Harbor as Diamond Head and the Waikiki coastline open up in every direction.

Settle into a reserved table on the premium deck and let the five-course menu unfold. Tropical fruit and a curated cheese board lead into a Hawaiian greens salad with housemade lilikoi tarragon vinaigrette. A whole Nova Scotia Maine lobster is presented alongside a tenderloin of beef in sweet Madeira wine sauce, plated with housemade mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Live Hawaiian music and jazz keep the room warm while the bar pours two premium drinks per guest.

As the sun drops, the Moku Ola, Voyage of Life Polynesian production takes the stage with the largest cast performing on Hawaiian waters. The night closes with a Hawaiian mango mousse dessert from Elvin’s Bakery and a Dance Pa‘ina party on the way back to the pier. Sail on a Friday and the ship stays out an extra hour for an open-water view of the Waikiki fireworks.
